The "Sherman"





These are just a few of the many pictures I have of the wreck. The ribs are quite impressive for such an old wreck, and theres alot to see, vis was great till the newbies showed up.

actually write something...... This photo is obviously the mast of the "Sherman" Which was a 200' blocade runner. This ship sunk in 1874, and this post war wreck lies in 52' of water 6 miles from Little River Inlet on the North /South Carolina border. For those willing to hunt, you can still find US belt buckles, buttons, bottles and fossils.
